In case if anyone is wondering, I moved server to a new box so IP has changed. I also added and modified name (colours) a little so we don't end up too south from heaven. Servers are now:AvP DM - 84.38.74.226 : 27963 AvP Obj - 84.38.74.226 : 27961 One is obviously DeathMatch and another is obviously Objective..they both run normal settings just different gametypes. I also enabled anti wallhack which works great but has at times some drawbacks - In case if players pop up to often around a corner (it's ping difference (you-them) depended) please let me know and I'll try to tweak it or at worst, disable it. Also, can please any still interested (old) admins pm me so I can forward you pass for your login.P.S. @richard; Access to server panel is the same as I sent you while ago so you can control/tweak it if needed and additionally, since this are still AvP servers I wonder if you're fine with making Kama a member and send him the pass? And yeah generally this would be in private section but don't think it's an issue..

me and fox tested avp dm and all was ok a little jumpy with the anti wh but wasnt too bad, but the last map in rotation is bugged bro, both teams stuck in elevator and then map rotation stops working just so you know

Fixed and also increased bb size for anti wh so let me know how it goes. FYI: Next time helps if you say which map, it wasn't last in rotation it was just last you could load before it crashed (due map).

Also objects like doors , tables gets jumpy (dissapeared and after a short time[0.3 sec] appeared)
No big problem though.

Firstly, Ty Rich & Nate nice to be part of a longstanding Group like AVP i wont shame the AVP group Secondly i had to reinstall windows as i managed to mess up my OS somehow and re-install Wolf but now im getting graphics probs ingame like glitches and missing bitmaps like water etc... any chance Nate you could send me that Fix you offered the other day sry i cant remember which post it was on lol Thirdly: like Fox said some slight glitches ingame like the door diapearing and players vanishing for a split second looks a little like warping but i doubt it would be a problem for most and i think it was Mp_assult (with comms tower) the game ended and it didnt change map so we had to do a callvote to change it dont know if thats a prob or not

The round shift was missing the custom maps. It's fixed now. I migrated to another server so had to download stuff (windows is case insensitive) which caused problems with DM maps as it loaded non existent maps as (linux is case sensitive) due capital letter difference...the current case, well I just forgot to upload custom maps to main folder. I knew there was something I forgot. It's on now and should finally work as it was suppose to (doh). As for stuff repapering. Anti wh works in a way where server only sends stuff that's currently in your view (where are you looking at) at certain distance and withholds rest of the data ( actually draws it under player's feet but only visible to lamers using wh - i'm sure it pisses them off ). Problem with this scenario is that server and client need to be synchronised which at times causes that disappearing glitch..lower that's your ping, lesser problems there are. It should works almost undisturbed on 50 ping, with some hiccups on 150 and at worst for 220+ but then again, 220 always suffer some problems regardless of they can see it (anti wh) or just feel it (antilag).. If it becomes unplayable or too annoying I'll disable it. I did increase bounding boxes so players should be visible sooner when they make a turn (around a corner) and lean offset should be accounted as well but it's always that problem (your ping and theirs ping) which will render headaches since if they ping high, you're affect by it as well (they appear from nowhere) etc..but lets keep it on for a little while and see, otherwise I'll turn it off.

Files were posted somewhere in one of the downloads section or was it in spam? Anyway, I think links expired as it was hosted on FTP of ycn hosting if I recall correctly..anyway; pub.rtcwx.com/index.php?path=rtcw%2FMissing_textures_fixYou'll need both packs. Just dump them in your main folder. Note this is the actual pack made by Richard back in 2005/6, not the edited crap packs you get now days that contain shit load of some server logos and god knows what..
