I don't quite understand what you mean but I'm assuming you're referring to editing the maps with hex editor? If so, then no, you can't edit brush with hexing it, at best you could maybe change a texture but even that's risky...you work with entities when you edit the map, you can only manipulate stuff like spawns, documents, map end, script movers like tank etc.. and if you do some advance scripting then you could imitate door that would need to be blown, if the door is a "mover" and not "world" at first place.

You don't need hex editor for that, in fact you don't need hex editor for maps at all.. you can do it all in radiant. I don't know much about radiant as i never used it... but if i reverse the process in my mind it should go smth like- add the documents- mark them as redflag or blueflag (allied need steal it/axis need to steal in) and add a brush "trigger_flagonly" also asign which team triggers the brush if you decide to use double objectives with documents.. that's as far as i assume it goes...i done all the stuff via editing bsp's it self so dunno how it really works in radiant, but there's bunch of tutorials for radiant on the internet and google is your best friend for it

I opened bsp and learned...when i got some idea how does the basic principle works i went and ask Richard and Combat....but key is to start doing your self and then ask questions for which you'll get anwsers... Everyone has their own way, i just went and played with it until i figured it out
