well i must admit Michael Jackson , was a100% fruit cake in his personal life.
however he was a genius with his music ( maybe cos i grew up with a lot of it around the early 1980's )
then the several allegations of child abuse at his ranch ( never never land ) i must admit , this put me right off him. some say it was him that was manipulated by the kids parents ?
how do you think he will be remembered in the future ?

For me, it was a man who was pushed by his father and has not benefited from his youth A journalist say "How to be normal when he was 5 years, 5 bodyguards constantly around and push is on the scene" and after there has been surgery and complaints, similary all stars he become crazy, i think to elvis presley ect. BUT WE KNOW NEVER IF THE COMPLAITNS FOR KIDS ARE RIGHT OR NO? In conclusion: A man who pioneered the music, has exploded the top sales, but it had its defaults, it would not grow old and not be sick, as it shows others that too many celebrities kills celebrity R.I.P

Lucas, Richard asked you for your thought not copy/paste from magazine But in general, he was an icon for many... he's music will echo in future but unfortunate his accusations will to To answer your question, i think he'll be remembered as a joke for some and for others as pop icon. I can't really say tho, what will be the general opinion...we'll all have to wait at least 10 years to figure out that one

we humans we have a habit to transform those who die in myths ....... i can give you a few examples alexander the great (known today as a man who at the age of 32 dies as a king of the wold......but nobody talk how much he drinks he lies he kills ....or if he was in fact bisexual ) or napoleon ,Hitler .elvis etc my point is that we take from this people those things what make them notice and we multiply that with 100 (in case of jesus ,mahomed or buddha with 1000)...and we create myths... gods this is the reason why i think in 70 years from this day MJ will be seen as a king i remember that he was the first great artist who com in romania after the revolution from 89 when the communism fell in my country .......was a great concert then....he was a great artist if that stuff with child abuse was truth ,then Mj burn in hell-god will bann you if that is not truth sing with the angels in haven Mj- god will made you admin in any case is not my right to judge..........rip MJ

I think everything has been said about life on the life of Mr. Mickael Jackson but I would just express a few words may be in gratitude for all that he could give us:
I am not an unconditional fan of the King of Pop, but I still "touched" by her disappearance. This man revolutionized pop music, he rocked a whole generation, it has given hope to young people "Black". He was a genius for his time on anything that could sell its image (what rumors as he slept in a box, directed clips ....) We must not forget that he also gave much of his person through caricatives works .... It is true that over the past fifteen years he had begun a "descent into hell", through "rumors" of the trial, the subject is delicate enough of a certainty. T he was innocent? I think that only he knew. Has it been handled? One thing is sure is that it was a character by his disturbed childhood.
Finally for me, it will remain the king of pop and a good man, and I think

I think people, who don't know much about music and so, they just listen something, and if they didn't like what Jackson did they not gonna remember him has genius or something.
Even tho i didn't listen to him much, well there are few good songs for me =) I and a lot of more people probably gonna remember him has a pop king and genius with his music. Even tho i didn't like him, but he is still pop king =)

I'll always love Thriller.
Billy Mays was a much better person though.
Oh well, he's walking the stairway to heaven, fixing any cracks he comes across with his mighty putty.
