ok , New Version of Chateau now on server.
i was thinking how to make the Chateau map better ,
as so often axis blitz allies time and time again as they try to
get the objective and if they get it very rare can they get far etc.
ok so whats new ?
i have used the green keys ( key8 ) as we used in the rocket map
and reverse beach map (and original in Avp_obj map )
anyways there are 2 keys
one key is in cellar where the objective was found before.
the other key is found where the allied team first spawns
( main start spawn when the one axis also spawns )
now once the allies have a few players with "keys"
they must escort these players to the locked treasure room
the locked treasure room is in the upper study
just outside the library .... remember there was a fireplace !?
well the fireplace is gone and there is a new door in its place
door is locked.
once allied get it open they will find the secret documents
just inside.
take them and run down the stairs and out of the study
( as we did before to exit .. so that part is the same )
remember key holders if killed and then revived will lose their key!
keep them safe.
axis can also get a key and get in the treasure room
so beware.
hopefully this will balance out the map now
as some axis will have to stand gaurd incase an allied turns up
as they may have a key or may not .. the axis will not know.
and the axis will need to protect the key spawn points
rather than just camp at the study.
as allies can now come from 3 directions including the roof.
so should be fun
maybe someone can post screen shot of the new doorway
so players get the idea ( be a bit confusing at first ) ;D
