Sounds great. I really dig that you don't use modern music and try to use some old classics.

Sounds great. I really dig that you don't use modern music and try to use some old classics. Honestly, I can't really get into modern music, aside from some bands (like Rage Against the Machine for example) I always find myself going back to Iron Maiden or Motorhead. I think you appear once only And B4R just a few times ;D Runtime will be around 14-15 minutes by the way.

Status Update:
Ok so I tried to render the whole movie in one render, that made the remaining time be 14 hours... So i started to render by song, so It would be 4 parts and then I can join them up with VirtualDub in a few minutes...
The first 2 parts I rendered were around 4 minutes long, It took one hour each... Then I tried to render the last part which is 5 minutes. After many, MANY attempts, I had to let it render over night and after the nice sum of 7 hours and 20 minutes, the last part is rendered. There is only 1 part remaining but its only a minute long, shouldn't take much... I hope...
And here's the thing, I think my PC is not dying but rather getting old... It didn't used to take that long just for a few minutes and even though I'm using a very high resolution it's just not the PC I used to have.
The problem is... the videos are showing frame rate issues in some parts of the video, for a few moments... It really pisses me off but there is nothing I can do... My movies have never been technically good and this one is no exception...
So yea, if you see frame rate problems it not you, it was me... The movie claims that it has been proudly recorded with fraps99, even at such a high resolution it gave me no problems, all original footage looks good.
Well that's it, just saying it before you see it...

More Updates and possibly final numbers: So yea, the movie has been finally put together... in my opinion it feels a little stiff... that is not to say it's unwatchable but I don't know... I'm sure it was smoother in the files I recorded... The frame rate issues effectively killed 2 parts where music and footage was in sync, breaking it completely. If I didn't knew this movies are targeted and meant for a small number of people I would be even more angry... I don't think there is something I can do to fix it, and If there was... I don't know if I would want to do it... Anyway, as of now this are the movie stats: Size: 748 Mb. Length: 15 min. 25 secs. Resolution: 1152x864 FPS: 30 (most of the time anyway) Mirror: files.filefront.com/iDdqd/;13547838;/fileinfo.htmlStream: Later That's all for now.

To compose use AE.. you can simply add raw avi clips, create proxy for them in mov format so you can stream playback in real time without any problem and when you render the composition it will use the raw image so it will render some time but work flow will be in real time so you can sync stuff

The sync of the movie has not been broken, everything works fine, except for some parts where the frame rate fucks it all up, but the movie is not out of sync.
I'll upload tonight, MAYBE ill render at lower resolution and see if the problem persists.. MAYBE

If you want i can relay from our work server a tunnel so you can work on my pc during day since i'm not at home since it's already configured and installed for compositions with dual 3.0 and 4gb (soon 8gb) memory... although you'll have to upload stuff to my pc and that will take time but work on it wont be much effected since you don't need a lot of connection to work on desktop
